**Assistant Professor of English: Composition Studies Tenure-track position in Composition Studies. Specialization open in Composition and Rhetorical Studies. Ph.D. required. Teaching assignment is 3/3 and includes courses in MA Teaching of Writing program, first-year writing sequence, and English major and general education curricula. Demonstrated scholarly promise essential. Significant teaching experience preferred. Some interest and experience in teaching technical/business writing a plus. If Ph.D. is not completed by the beginning of the contract period, appointment will be at rank of Instructor until all requirements are fulfilled.
