Lecturer (2 Positions)

Lecturer (2 positions). Minimum qualifications: MA in English and experience teaching at the university level. Preferred: PhD or ABD in English or Rhetoric and Composition and experience teaching composition and developmental writing to a diverse student body. The Department of English seeks candidates to teach a variety of composition and possibly some literature courses in our undergraduate, general education core curriculum. We are looking for instructors with an interest in and enthusiasm for creating innovative curricula and projects, and the successful candidate will have opportunities to contribute to the development of the first-year writing program. Position begins fall 2008.
