CWPA Outstanding Scholarship Award
CWPA is delighted to announce the winners of this year’s CWPA Outstanding Scholarship Award: Angela Glotfelter, Ann Updike, and Elizabeth Wardle from the Roger and Joyce Howe Center for Writing Excellence at Miami University. Their chapter "‘Something Invisible…Has Been Made Visible for Me’: An Expertise-Based WAC Seminar Model Grounded in Theory and (Cross) Disciplinary Dialogue” (appearing in Diverse Approaches to Teaching, Learning, and Writing Across the Curriculum: IWAC at 25 in 2020, edited by Bartlett et al.) was selected by the committee for the utility of the model presented, which provides a roadmap for the future of WAC faculty development.
CWPA warmly congratulates these colleagues and looks forward to recognizing them formally at our upcoming Colloquium.
