WPA role and responsibilities

Campus culture

Faculty-driven Assessment including program, placement, outcomes assessment

Programmatic change and how we assess changes that are made

Navigating change that is imposed on WPAs (reform movements, austerity measures, budget cuts)

Actively bringing about change including antiracist and equity work

Accommodation

The workshop meetings will be hosted at UCF University Writing Center, located at Trevor Colbourn Hall. 

CWPA has NO CONTRACT with any local hotels in Orlando. Participants are free to choose their preferred accommodation option from hotels on or near UCF campus, other hotels in Orlando, or  AirBnB.

UCF Conference Housing provides affordable, on-campus housing. Check them out HERE.
